Volterra Fietta is pleased to announce the launch of “Volterra Fietta PIL commentaries” a new monthly commentary series by the partners of the firm, beginning Monday, 26 January.
The series will present perspectives of seasoned public international law professionals with unique practical experience advising and representing clients. The partners will address selected concepts, principles, and developments in public international law and international dispute resolution.
Public international law governs relationships between States (and between States and international organisations). It plays a critical role in resolving major global disputes. Its dispute resolution mechanisms are often available to governments and private actors to resolve their trade and investment disputes.
In each podcast, the partners will explain complex international legal issues in easily-digestible, bite-size segments. The series will support informed decision-making, risk assessment and strategic planning for those acting for, against or with States.
Volterra Fietta PIL commentaries will be published on a monthly basis via the firm’s LinkedIn page.
“Volterra Fietta partners are recognised globally as thought-leaders in the practice of public international law and dispute resolution.”
