Robert Volterra

He is qualified as a barrister in Canada and as a solicitor-advocate in England and Wales. He is a Visiting Professor of International Law at University College, University of London, where he has taught the international law of foreign investment for almost 20 years.

Peter Flint

Peter is qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oxford. Peter has a particular focus on international arbitration, cross-border litigation and ADR. Over his career, Peter has been advisor to governments and commercial parties in connection with international disputes of a global nature in a wide range of jurisdictions around the world.

Gunjan Sharma

Gunjan is a New York-qualified attorney who specialises in international dispute resolution, advising clients on complicated issues of public international law and counselling clients on how to protect their overseas investments. He holds a Jurisdoctorate from New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.
