Brian Sukianto

Staff Lawyer

Brian is an Indonesian-qualified lawyer.  He holds an LLB from Universitas Gadjah Mada, where he focused on Public International Law, and an LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he specialised in International Dispute Resolution.  

Before joining Volterra Fietta, Brian was an associate at a leading full-service law firm in Indonesia, handling dispute resolution and general corporate matters. 

Brian has particular interests in emerging areas of international law, particularly space law.  His undergraduate and LLM dissertations both focused on the regulation and accountability of satellite mega-constellations in outer space.  He has worked with faculty researchers at his undergraduate institution on publications and has also published peer-reviewed research on public international law.
