Eduardo Melo Molina - Volterra Fietta

Eduardo is a Colombian-qualified lawyer. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Los Andes (Colombia), where he also undertook teaching roles. He has an LLM from King’s College London, with a focus on international arbitration and foreign investment protection.

Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, Eduardo gained experience both as an associate at a top-tier law firm and as an in-house counsel in Bogotá, advising multinational companies in the energy, oil and gas, mining, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

He has advised corporations on complex disputes concerning contractual, regulatory and environmental issues, within judicial, administrative and arbitration proceedings. His work has included cross-border financing and large-scale infrastructure projects.
