Audience poll identifies the next topic in Volterra Fietta’sinternational disputes seminar programme
Volterra Fietta recently invited clients, colleagues and members of its wider international network to participate in an interactive audience poll to help shape the firm’s upcoming seminar programme.
Participants were asked to share with the firm their preferred topics to include in the Autumn 2026 Volterra Fietta international dispute resolution seminar series. The topics reflect practice areas for which Volterra Fietta are recognised as global leaders:
- The key to winning advocacy in investment treaty arbitration: how to plead to arbitrators who do not really know public international law and how to plead to arbitrators who do not really know commerce or economics
- How to obtain and manage expert scientific, technical and historical evidence in maritime boundary disputes
- How to win mining investment treaty (BIT) arbitrations
