Simran Singh

Staff Lawyer

Simran is an Indian-qualified lawyer.  She holds a BA LLB (Hons) from ILS Law College, Pune and an LLM in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore, where she focused on international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, Simran practised as an associate at a leading law firm in India, where she advised and represented multinational corporations, financial institutions and private entities in commercial litigation, arbitration and insolvency proceedings.  Her experience includes advising on jurisdictional challenges, interim measures and enforcement-related proceedings.  She has also assisted in complex corporate restructuring and amalgamation proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal.

Simran previously worked in the chambers of a former Judge of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and Senior Advocate of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, where she assisted in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings and contributed to the drafting of arbitral awards and orders.
