
Aastha Kapoor is an Indian-qualified lawyer. She holds a BA, LLB (Hons) from O.P Jindal Global University, India and an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Cambridge.
Prior to joining the firm, Aastha worked as a Legal Researcher at the Centre for Climate Engagement, University of Cambridge where she contributed to research at the intersection of climate change, corporate governance, and international law, developing practical guidance on climate-related legal risks and emerging duties for companies and institutional stakeholders.
At Cambridge, she served as a General Editor of the Cambridge International Law Journal and contributed to the Cambridge Pro Bono Project. During her undergraduate studies, she assisted a judge of the Supreme Court of India, as well as leading law chambers and public policy organisations, and graduated as a Dean’s Awardee.
