Sebastian Morales

Associate

Sebastian is a solicitor in England and Wales and a Mexican-qualified lawyer.  He holds an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge.  He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Specialty Degree in Commercial Laws (Hons) from Universidad Panamericana.

Before completing his LLM and joining Volterra Fietta, Sebastian practiced as an associate at a leading law firm in Mexico, working in the Energy & Infrastructure and Dispute Resolution practices.

Sebastian has interdisciplinary experience in contentious and non-contentious matters. He has advised financial institutions and developers on cross-border transactions, as well as clients on disputes in the energy, infrastructure competition, and financial law sectors.
