Nkasi is a Caribbean-qualified attorney-at-law called to the Barbados Bar. She holds an LL.B from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus and an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Manchester. During her LLM, she studied International Investment Law, Warfare and Lawfare (Law of Armed Conflict), and International Law, Technology and Security. Her dissertation explored how artificial intelligence and international investment can assist in the global response to climate change.
Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, she worked in private practice in Barbados. She also interned at the General Legal Division of the United Nations.
