Staff Lawyer

Haoyu is qualified to practice law in China. He holds an LLM from Harvard Law School, a Master’s in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris, a Juris Master from Peking University and an LLB from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.

Haoyu’s experience covers both international and regional contentious and non-contentious matters. He has worked with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and the United Nations Office at Geneva. He has clerked at a Chinese High Court and has been a researcher at the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China.

Haoyu was Executive Editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, Senior Editor of the Harvard Business Law Review, and Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal.
