Divya is an India-qualified lawyer and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2024. She has over four years of experience in dispute resolution. Divya holds an LLB from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a BCL from Oxford University, where she focused on international arbitration. She completed her Bar Vocational Studies as a major scholar at the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, where she also won the Michael Mustill Award.

Before joining Volterra Fietta, Divya worked for several years at a top law firm in India, advising clients on commercial disputes and white-collar crimes. She has appeared in the Supreme Court, High Courts, and District Courts of India as well as before arbitration panels for various commercial cases. She has also advised clients on cross-border transactions and worked at a leading arbitration firm in London.
