Zaid holds an LLB from Prince Sultan University and an LLM from City University of London, where he concentrated on corporate governance and international investment law.

Before joining Volterra Fietta, Zaid worked at the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers in Saudi Arabia, where he contributed to legal research and policy advising on legislative drafting. He then worked at a leading global law firm in Riyadh, advising on disputes, regulatory matters and high-profile transactions for government entities and private corporations.
