Kobby Afari Yeboah

Kobby is qualified as a barrister and solicitor in Ghana. He holds an LLB from the University of Ghana and an LLM from Harvard Law School with a focus on international and corporate law. Kobby has both academic and corporate work experience, having served as Teaching Assistant for Public International Law at the University of Ghana School of Law and Associate in one of Ghana’s leading law firms.

Kobby has a broad range of experience in dispute resolution and transactional and regulatory compliance work. He has advised international organisations on a wide variety of economic development, governance and public policy issues.  He has worked for commercial entities on high-profile cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and technology transfer agreements. He has also advised multinational corporations on various aspects of law, including dispute resolution, data protection, taxation, and financial technology.

Kobby has published articles on international law, international politics and international business.
